The Australian wine market is still struggling to absorb an oversupply of wine, Foster's Group Ltd chief executive Trevor O'Hoy says. Mr O'Hoy said the global drinks industry continued to consolidate at both the producer and retailer level and the market was shifting towards premium brands.
